At AdventGX, we’ve had the privilege of working with some truly remarkable entrepreneurs over the years, but few bring the passion, grit, and authenticity of Emergency Solutions co-founders Jerry Vinson, Larry Locke, and their team.
We met Jerry in 2022, and it didn’t take long before his mission captured our attention. A longtime volunteer firefighter turned problem-solver, Jerry spoke with conviction about what departments were missing: tools that worked as hard and smart as the crews using them. He and his co-founders weren’t just building a business—they were fixing the very systems that should help firefighters respond. Emergency Solutions was born of a conviction that technology could and should better support our friends and neighbors serving on the front lines in our hometowns. It’s been an honor to walk alongside this team as they’ve developed and evolved their Response Master solution for fire departments.
Innovation born from the front lines
Emergency Solutions isn’t a tech company trying to understand firefighting—it’s a firefighting company that just happens to build great tech. The founders are seasoned practitioners who have lived the unnecessarily burdensome day-to-day inefficiencies of fragmented systems, handwritten logs, and clunky reporting tools. Rather than settle, the Emergency Solutions team built something better.
