Rediscover Texas Campaign in Full Swing
The 2005 Rediscover Texas campaign is well underway – the campaign started April 1st and will close on May 15, 2005. Registrants from all over the world have signed up for the Texas sized sweepstakes for seven weekend getaways that stretch across Texas. If you haven’t entered the sweepstakes, be sure to register at www.rediscovertexas.org.AdventGX developed the Rediscover Texas online sweepstakes as well as the online media kit promoting special advertising opportunities in honor of Tourism Week. AdventGX is tracking the registrations, survey results and web-analytics collected via the sweepstakes registration process on behalf of the Texas Travel Industry Association. Early data supports the growing importance of online promotion by the tourism Industry. Last year over 40% of registrations were generated from web references (search engines, eNews articles, affiliates) making it the largest source of registrations (over TV, Radio, Print and Bill Board sources).
