| AGX Team Present Nature Tourism Models in Mexico |
Stan Meador, AdventGX director of nature tourism, and Nacho Paez, director of Mexico operations, met with State of Chihuahua Economic and Tourism Development officials to discuss possible models for development and support of nature tourism in the southern region of the State of Chihuahua. AdventGX has been engaged in a number of initiatives in the region, including identifying nature tourism opportunities and creating strategies for establishing the area as a nature tourism destination for the state.

| Tatge Presents Marketing Plan to Fort Stockton EDC Board |
| Joan Tatge developed and presented a marketing plan for the Fort Stockton Economic Development Corporation, focusing on key marketing objectives outlined as part of a marketing assesment funded by the Texas Engineering Extension Service (TEEX). The plan addresses Fort Stockon’s key marketing objectives, including attracting a qualified workforce, promoting Fort Stockton quality of life and promoting the EDC’s successful projects with new and existing businesses. |

| AGX Attends TTIA’s Unity Dinner |
| Several representatives from AdventGX participated in the Texas Travel Industry Association’s annual Unity Dinner in Austin, TX. AdventGX hosted guests John Clanton of Astin Partners and Scott Hanson of the Astrodome Redevelopment Corporation. During the event, the team enjoyed interaction with some of the stars of the event, including a pair of penguins and a walloby.Six Flags’ CEO and President Mark Shapiro offered the keynote address and Bob Phillips, host of Texas Country Reporter, served as master of ceremonies. The dinner is TTIA’s premier event, and this year it celebrated the many diverse attractions throughout the state with the theme of “Texas Attractions – creating a lifetime of experiences.”

| AdventGX Participates in Big Bend Texas Mountain Travel Association Meeting |
| AdventGX team members Katrina Hay and Lindsey Hafner recently participated in the annual Big Bend Texas Mountain Travel Association board meeting. AdventGX produced the Association’s 2007-2008 regional travel guide and took the opportunity to hear feedback and respond to questions regarding the new guide which will be presented online in the coming weeks. |

| Texas Mountain Trail President Jeff McCoy and Trail Coordinator Beth Nobles welcomed guests from throughout West Texas and across the state to the Van Horn unveiling ceremony for the new Texas Mountain Trail brochure. The brochure is a stunning guide to the many historic and natural attractions in the Texas Mountain Trail region of the Texas Heritage Trails program. The brochure launch event was held at Van Horn’s Blue Quail Coffee in the town’s Mainstreet district and featured the wine of Luz de Estralla Winery of Marfa. Registration is still open for the Rural Economic and Tourism Development Seminar to be held in Van Horn, Texas March 26-27. Community leaders from throughout West Texas have been invited to participate in this forum. At the event participants will have the opportunity to come together and discuss economic development issues, share resources, foster relationships and define models relevant to the unique challenges facing rural communities.AdventGX is producing the seminar in collaboration with TEEX and the Town of Van Horn. | AGX Retail Incubator Concept Featured in LCRA Newsletter |
| AdventGX is currently developing a retail incubator for the Town of Van Horn’s Main Street District. The incubator, also known as Texas Mountain Mercantile, is highlighted in the Lower Colorado River Authority’s “True Blue News” newsletter. The newsletter focuses on best practices for communities seeking economic development and revitalization of their Main Street District. The Texas Mountain Mercantile retail store and incubator is currently being developed in Van Horn to encourage entrepreneurship and small business growth in the community.
